The Finance Council, standing independent of the Parish Council, consists of not more than 9 parish members appointed by the Pastor.  It meets at least quarterly, more frequently as needed and assists the Pastor in formulating the financial statements as well as aiding the Pastor in making financial decisions which affect the parish and her future financial stability.  It makes recommendations to the Pastor and Parish Council on financial matters as is deemed appropriate and necessary.
